John Wesley Hughes founded Asbury College in 1890 with certain principles and core values. One of these values was the importance of chapel. This site will present many of Hughes’ writings, and as many of his sermons as I’m able to locate.
Most of the content on here, for now, comes from “The Autobiography of John Wesley Hughes, D.D”, published by The Pentecostal Publishing House of Louisville, Kentucky in 1923. This book is, of course, out of print, and very hard to obtain, although one can occasionally be found used online.
